Made-to-Measure Collection: Made-to-Measure suits are meticulously tailored to your exact measurements and personal preferences.

Once your order is placed, our production process begins almost immediately. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, changes may not be possible once production has commenced.

The Legacy Collection: These suits can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition. 

Made to Measure Collection: Due to the personalized nature of Made-to-Measure suits, they are non-returnable. However, we offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery to ensure your suit fits perfectly.

The Legacy Collection: These suits are typically shipped within 2-3 weeks, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Made to Measure Collection: The production and delivery time for Made-to-Measure suits is typically 4-5 weeks from the date of your order, depending on the complexity of the design and fabric availability.

We are pleased to offer international shipping for a flat fee of $40. This service ensures that customers outside our primary region can enjoy our products with reliable and efficient delivery. The shipping fee covers the handling and transportation of your order, and we strive to provide the best possible experience for our international clients. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your Made-to-Measure suit requires adjustments, we offer complimentary alterations within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange these alterations. For Legacy Collection, we also offer alteration services, or you may exchange the suit for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Our customer service team is available to assist you in arranging an alteration or exchange.

Yes, we offer gift cards that can be applied toward the purchase of both Made-to-Measure and Legacy Collection. Gift cards are available in various denominations and can be obtained by contacting us at info@turnerandspencer.net.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your suit, we recommend dry cleaning as needed and storing it on a high-quality hanger to preserve its shape and structure.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Turner & Spencer gift cards. Payment is required in full at the time of order for all Made-to-Measure suits.
